Pricing, up front

What EMSculpt NEO and Emsella cost

Both treatments are priced per course, because one session does not produce the published results. The cards below show the range. Ask for our exact figures by email and we will send them the same business day, no appointment required.

How to think about the price

An honest guide to what you are paying for

Why EMSculpt NEO is priced per course, not per visit

A single session does not produce the published results, so the treatment is quoted as a course: four sessions on one area, five to ten days apart. Nationally a four-session course for one area runs in the low to mid four figures, and the exact figure moves with region, provider, and how many areas you treat. Any quote should state how many sessions and how many areas it covers, because those are the two variables that actually move the price. Emsella follows the same logic with a six-session course over about three weeks.

What moves the number up or down

Three things. First, the number of areas: abs alone costs a fraction of abs, flanks and glutes together, since each area is its own course. Second, the number of sessions: a lean patient who needs three pays less than someone adding treatments. Third, whether the price includes a doctor's examination and follow-up. A rock-bottom quote sometimes reflects a med spa running the device without clinical oversight. A higher one may include the supervision that makes the treatment safer and better targeted.

The time cost

Roughly two hours of treatment over three to six weeks for EMSculpt NEO, and about three hours over three weeks for Emsella. No recovery, no time off work, no gym break. You can do a session on a lunch break. Against surgical options that need weeks of recovery, the time cost is genuinely low, and for busy people it is often the deciding factor.

Why the cheapest quote is not always the best value

EMSculpt NEO heats tissue and drives intense muscle contractions. Who operates it, and who decides whether you are a good candidate, matters. The lowest prices in any market tend to come from high-volume spas where a technician runs a menu without anyone evaluating candidacy, adjusting the protocol to your body, or catching a contraindication. Paying somewhat more for supervised treatment is paying for the judgment that determines whether the money produces a result at all.

How to read a quote

A trustworthy quote answers four questions in writing: how many sessions, how many areas, who supervises, and what follow-up is included. Be wary of open-ended packages that keep adding recommended sessions after you have started, and of prices so low they imply no clinical oversight. If a provider cannot tell you exactly what you are buying before you pay, that opacity is itself information.

Who gets their money's worth, and who should save it

The patients who are reliably glad they paid share a profile: within about 30 pounds of their goal weight, already eating and exercising reasonably, with one specific stubborn area that will not move. For them the treatment finishes a job their effort started. The people who should save their money: anyone significantly overweight and looking for overall slimming, anyone hoping it replaces exercise, and anyone whose main concern is loose skin or cellulite, which this device does not treat. A good consultation says all of this out loud, even when it costs the sale.

Insurance

Body contouring is elective and not covered. Emsella for incontinence is generally not covered either, though it is worth asking your carrier directly, since pelvic floor treatment is sometimes handled differently from purely cosmetic procedures. We give you the price in writing at the consultation, and the consultation itself is free.

How we quote

We quote based on the areas you actually need treated and the number of sessions your body calls for, decided at a consultation with Dr. Bromberg rather than read off a menu. If your goal would be better served by fewer areas, a different sequence, or losing weight first, you will be told, even when that means a smaller invoice. The most cost-effective outcome is sometimes hearing that this is not right for you.
