Before you arrive

There's very little to do to prepare. Eat normally, a light meal a few hours before is fine. Stay hydrated. The first few minutes

After a brief check-in and a quick review of your treatment plan, you lie on the treatment bed. The technician places one or two applicators on the area being treated (for example, two paddles across your abdomen) and secures them with adjustable straps.
