From most of Boston proper the Red Line is the simplest way to reach us, Kendall/MIT is three stops from Downtown Crossing, and our office at 201 Broadway is a three-minute walk from the station. Back Bay, Beacon Hill, the South End, Fenway and the Seaport are all inside about a twenty-minute trip. Driving over the Longfellow or the BU Bridge works outside rush hour, and there is street parking on Broadway plus the Green Street Garage.

The main safety considerations are contraindications rather than side effects: metal implants or electronic devices such as pacemakers or defibrillators in or near the treatment area rule the treatment out, as does pregnancy. The most common after-effect is muscle soreness similar to an intense workout. Screening for contraindications is part of the consultation.
